Holger Roding started to work for Solnet Group in Amsterdam on 1st July 2023 as Sales Manager being responsible for acquiring new customers and taking care of key accounts. Holger has always been working in sales as he enjoys the fast pace and interacting with customers.
“I worked previously as a Sales Account Manager for a company tracking cars. The company became a market leader and preferred supplier for the car industry. But after nine years I wanted to get new challenges. I got interested in Solnet Group after reading the job description. Solar was a new and different market for me and I think it is the market for the future. I also appreciate the sustainability aspect, so I thought that I had to do something with this one.”
Holger highlights in his job the technical and commercial combination and the fact that you need to carefully listen to the needs of the customer. “I enjoy working at Solnet Group and appreciate the great Solnet Spirit we have here. I instantly liked the company; it is international but not a big corporation. I like the office and the atmosphere here and I like the market we are in. I want to be part of this all. I think Solnet Group is different compared to our competitors. “
During his spare time, Holger likes to go kitesurfing with his sons and his brother-in-law who's learning to kitesurf. “I want to spend some time with my family and friends and I enjoy long walks on the beach as well as skiing in the winter.”
